No angle, no twist on the classic, just a flavourful tropical spiced Rum based on our fine barrels here in White Bay. They start by blending various Rums for the base, mainly ex wine casks (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bordeaux, Sherry) with some ex Whiskey casks.
